POST Construction – The traditional treatment also known as Drill, Fill & Seal. Comes with max. warranty of 5* years
PRE Construction – The Treatment starts at excavation level and ends at the Periphery of the building, comes with a warranty of 10** years. The treatment method is carried out as per IS 6313 (Part – II) for the relevant building structure.
* Only if Ground connecting soil is treated otherwise the warranty period is of 3 years.
** Only if treatment is carried out at all levels as mentioned in IS, otherwise the warranty period is 7 years.
The service presents are planned based on an inspection and audit of the premises. However, standard service packages include:
An annual contract consisting of 3 treatments OR
A single treatment; interchangeable to an annual contract with supplemental charges
