1. Introduction
Welcome to Bitco Pest Control (“Bitco”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using bitcopestcontrol.com and/or engaging our services and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide integrated pest management solutions such as termite control, insect control, rodent management, and bird management. We may also supply related equipment and consumables. Service availability, methods, products, pricing, and timelines may vary.
3. Quotations, Booking & Acceptance
- Quotation: Quotes are estimates based on available information and remain valid for the period stated.
- Acceptance: A booking is confirmed when you provide written/email acceptance of our quote or make an advance payment.
- Site Access: You agree to provide safe access to treatment areas and disclose hazards before service.
4. Pre-/Post-Service Responsibilities
- Follow all pre-service instructions (cover food, relocate pets, ventilate areas).
- Follow all post-service safety guidance as provided.
- Bitco is not responsible for ineffective results caused by failure to follow instructions.
5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment
- Fees: Charges are as per the accepted quotation or invoice.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Terms: Due dates and methods are as specified on invoice/quote. Late payments may incur charges.
- Refunds: Fees for completed visits are non-refundable. Unused prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion.
6. Service Warranty & Re-Visits
Any warranties or re-visit commitments will be explicitly stated in your quotation or service report. Warranties are void if instructions are not followed or treatments are tampered with.
7. Products, Delivery & Returns
- Product images/specs are indicative; actual items may vary.
- Delivery times are estimates. Inspect parcels on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.
- Returns are accepted only for unopened items in saleable condition, subject to approval.
- Manufacturer warranty terms apply where applicable.
8. Safety, Compliance & Environmental Care
We use approved products and methods in compliance with applicable laws. You must inform us of sensitive individuals, pets, or special environments before service.
9. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Access
- By Client: You may reschedule/cancel with prior notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
- By Bitco: We may reschedule/cancel due to safety, weather, or supply constraints. A new slot or pro-rata refund will be offered.
- Missed Visits: If our team cannot access the site, a revisit charge may apply.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, and logos—is owned by Bitco or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without written consent.
11. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
12. Liability, Indemnity & Disclaimer
- Bitco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service/product.
- You agree to indemnify Bitco for claims arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of Products.
