Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Bitco Pest Control through bitcopestcontrol.com or direct bookings.
1. Service Cancellations by Client
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked service by giving prior notice as specified in the quotation or invoice.
- Cancellations made at short notice (less than the required notice period) may incur a cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives at the site and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or client unavailability, the visit may be considered completed and charges may apply.
2. Service Cancellations by Bitco Pest Control
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a service booking in cases of unsafe conditions, incorrect information provided, weather issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, clients may opt for rescheduling the service or receiving a full refund for any prepaid amount of the undelivered service.
3. Product Order Cancellations
- Orders for products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the return policy (if applicable) will apply.
- Custom or special-order products cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For partial cancellations, the refund will be adjusted against the services or products already delivered.
