Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Bitco Pest Control through bitcopestcontrol.com.

1. Service Cancellations

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked service by giving prior notice as mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
• Cancellations made at short notice (less than the required notice period) may attract a cancellation fee.
• If our team cannot access the site at the scheduled time due to client reasons, it may be considered a completed visit and charges may apply.

2. Service Refunds

• Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
• If a prepaid service could not be delivered due to our inability or external uncontrollable factors, a pro-rata refund or service rescheduling will be offered.
• Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and remains at the discretion of Bitco Pest Control.

3. Product Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.
• Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return/refund unless proven defective at the time of delivery.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Consumable products such as repellents, sprays, or safety items (masks, gloves, etc.) are non-returnable due to health and safety concerns.
• Customized or special-order products cannot be refunded unless defective.

5. Cancellation by Bitco Pest Control

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of unsafe conditions, non-cooperation, weather issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• In such cases, clients may opt for a rescheduled service or request a full refund for the prepaid amount of the undelivered service.
